BACK PAIN

Definition – A pain at the backside of a person.

 Natural healing – Back pain sufferer should sleep face down. Do not carry weights and if really need to do so, only carry lightweights or carry it with the help of another person. Consume additional vitamins such as vitamin A and calcium. Do not stand too long period of time on one leg or lean your back on the wall or pole for a long time.
