Using
Symbolism to boost education luck
You see your children day
and night burning the midnight oil to get those excellent results but somehow they never
seem satisfied. As a parent, it must be heartbreaking to see them work so hard but not
quite cutting it. Have you ever thought of applying Feng Shui to give them that extra
boost that they so desperately want?
Chinese symbolism is a very
large part of practicing Feng Shui. Hence there are a variety of symbols that strongly
suggest educational success. The four precious treasures are one of the symbols that in
fact, are also referred to as the invaluable gems of the literary apartment.
You will be surprised to
know that they are things that are most likely to be lying around on your child's table,
with nothing more than its usage attached to it! These items are ink, paper, pen and
the ink slab! In Chinese tradition the pens used are brush pens and ink is usually
stored in solid form hence the ink slab.
Since these items are for
display, Chinese Mandarins would usually use items of the finest quality. Paper used was
often made from finest rice straw while the brush pen was made of sable, fox or rabbit
hairs set in a bamboo holder.
You may want to display
these items, as they are believed to bring the highest scholastic achievements to at least
one of your children. This way, you can play a small part to ensure that Feng Shui will
help in a big way for educational success!
