Wasabi Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

1/4 cup sesame seeds
2 cups rice vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp. wasabi
2 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup chives, chopped
1 tsp. garlic, pared, minced
1 tsp. ginger root, pared, minced

Instructions:

Saute sesame seeds over high heat until golden. Combine remaining ingredients; add hot sesame seeds. Mix well.
