Mushrooms A La DaumCuisine: Continental Category: vegetable Servings: 4 Ingredients:2 cups sliced mushrooms1 cup minced onions 1 cup julienned Danish ham and/or tongue salt and pepper 1/2 cup butter 1/4 cup brown sauce toast or prepared artichoke bottoms fresh parsley Brown Sauce Instructions:In mixing bowl, combine the mushrooms, onions, ham and/or tongue and seasonings. Melt butter in skillet and saute the mushroom mixture over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until the mushrooms and onions are soft. Stirring in the Brown Sauce, heat for one more minute.
