Place pork in glass dish; pour marinade over. Cover; refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours. Place pork on wire rack in sheet pan; slow roast at 250 degrees F for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until pork reaches internal temperature of 150 degrees F.
