Malibu Melon SaladCuisine: Tropical Category: poultry Servings: 6 Ingredients:Marinated ChickenRaspberry Yogurt Dressing ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS 3 cantaloupes, cut in half, seeded 30 raspberries 6 mint sprigs 3 kiwi fruit, pared, sliced 1 banana, peeled, sliced 12 strawberries Instructions:TO SERVE Slice small portion off bottom of each cantaloupe half so melons sit flat on plates.
